How can I get to my wonderful suite?
We are located in Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote, about 8 kilometres from César Manrique airport. If you come by car, it will take you about 10 minutes to get there. If you have booked our parking service, you will probably already have directions.
When can I check in?
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you so that you can check in online. On the day of your arrival, you will be able to check in from 2pm. If you booked directly on our website, you will be able to enter from 12 noon, as long as we have your suite as we like it, perfect for your stay.
When can I check out?
When you have to leave, you will have to leave your suite before 12 noon. Unless you have booked on our website and if availability allows us, you can stay until 2pm to enjoy the last moments of your stay in our suites.
Can I wash my clothes during my stay?
We offer a laundry service, subject to a supplement. If you need details, please contact our team and we will help you.
Can I stay with children?
No, our suites are only for adults +18 years old.
Will I have towels to use on the roof top?
Yes, when the sun comes out and you don’t want to miss a ray, you can go up to our terrace and relax on the sun loungers. There, you will find the towels you need.
How does the cleaning of my suite work?
We will clean your suite if you stay with us for at least 7 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, we will offer you a towel change on the 4th day of your stay.
